Ramiro has been part of the advertising industry for over fifteen years. He began his career at DDB, then moved to Y&R. Finally, he joined La Comunidad in 2005 as Senior Copywriter. He has since worked his way up to become creative director, executive creative director, senior vice president, and executive idea director of the Miami office.

Throughout his career, Ramiro has worked on projects for some major brands like Apple, Emirates Airlines, Samsung, Volvo, Volkswagen, Corona, Visa, Rolling Stone, Tic Tac, the City of Buenos Aires, Danone, Verizon, TikTok, and Oreo.

In 2014, Ramiro was part of the board of the Argentinean Creative Circle. The organization aims to help promote the growth of the creative industry in Argentina. He held his board position for four years.

In 2015, he was one of the leaders of Mauricio Macri's successful presidential campaign.

A recent accomplishment was being one of the creative leaders behind Oreo's "Doomsday Vault" campaign. Additionally.“The Doomsday Vault”
was among the most awarded ideas of 2020.

In 2022, The Community was named the 9th most-awarded US Agency. And it was also named the 23rd most-awarded agency globally. Additionally, Ramiro was recognized as the 16th most-awarded Executive Director globally.

Moreover, Ramiro has won numerous awards over the years. These awards include the Cannes Lions, One Show, D&AD, ANDYs, Effies, San Sebastian, Ojo de Iberoamérica, and Círculo de Creativos Argentinos. He also had the honor of being a jury member in some of the most respected festivals in the industry.

 Ramiro currently lives in Miami. And contrary to what he might have thought, he likes it.
